Hey there! I'm Nienka (Nikkie), and I am the owner of Five Acres Photography. In the summer of 2021, I made the move from the Netherlands to Alberta, instantly falling in love with this province. Alberta has proven to be such an amazing place with so much to explore and enjoy!

Photography has been my passion for the majority of my life, and I officially ventured into the professional realm with Real Estate photography in the winter of 2021. Over time, I expanded my expertise to include lifestyle and agricultural photography, enriching my portfolio.

Born and raised a farm girl, my deep-rooted passion for agriculture, farms, and acreages led me to Real Estate photography. I find joy in capturing people and properties authentically, showcasing their natural beauty. The recent acquisition of our own acreage with five acres inspired the birth of Five Acres Photography. The name reflects my specialization in rural, residential and commercial real estate photography, often infused with a touch of 'country.'
